Recipe for 250 g of fruit (makes 2 200-ml jars):
  1. Select unblemished fruit. Wash it and remove the stalks, seeds or peel depending on the type of fruit. Weigh 250 g and chop into pieces.
  2. Add 185 g of Diamant Gelierzauber and mix everything together using a hand blender for approx. 45 seconds. You can also use an electric hand mixer for soft fruits. Done!
  3. Transfer the fruit spread into clean jars. Enjoy immediately or save for later.

Close the jars (ideally using screw caps) and keep them in the fridge. Use the fruit spread within 14 days. To make a smaller amount, simply halve the quantities of fruit and sugar. The consistency depends on the type of fruit.
